A: Monthly - $ 35 per month. The subscription fee includes free shipping through the U.S. Mail (Applicable sales tax apply)
2. Q: How many DVDs do I get with my subscription?
A: You will receive a set of 3 DVDs every week. Each DVD contains approximately 5 episodes or programs.
3. Q: How long does it take to get my DVDs?
A: 3 DVDs will be shipped out on every Tuesday through USPS first class. Shipping is always FREE!
4. Q: What kind of programs do I expect to receive?
A: We send all u DVD subscribers only the most recent releases of first run TVB programs (both drama & variety show) and U Media Group series fresh from Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. That's more than 70 episodes each month!
5. Q: Can I order back episodes of the programs that I missed?
A: Yes. In addition to the discs your regular membership fee should cover, you may purchase all back-episodes of TV series and programs at $5 per disc.
6. Q: Do I need a credit card for the u DVD subscription?
A: Yes. A credit card account helps us to ensure your identity and provides an easy and convenient way to pay your annual or monthly u DVD charges.
7. Q: What if I do not have a credit card?
A: We also accept checks, but it ONLY applies to Annual Plan. If you pay by personal check, please allow 3 weeks to have your check deposited and cleared before your first set of DVDs will be sent out.
8. Q: Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
A: Yes. You can cancel your u DVD MONTHLY PLAN membership anytime by calling our u DVD Customer Service Center at 1-415-3338888. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next calendar month, simply cancel your account before the 1st of the month. However, there are no refunds for partial month's cancellation on or after the 1st of the month.
9. Q: Are there any other charges or taxes?
A: There are no other charges. However, all California residents pay applicable sales tax on both plans.
10. Q: What happens if my DVDs get lost in the mail or are defective?
A: Simply call our u DVD Customer Service Center at 1-415-3338888 to report the lost DVDs and we will replace them at no cost to you after investigation.
11. Q: How do I and when should I return the DVDs?
A: You DO NOT need to return the DVDs. You keep them, so there's no hassle dealing with return mailers and going to the Post Office!
12. Q: How are the DVDs being packaged?
A: Each set of DVDs is packaged in its own designated u DVD media mailer. All mailing is done through the U.S. Postal Service, so it's quick and convenient.
13. Q: Is the u DVD subscription available through online streaming to my PC or TV, just like Netflix?

14. Q: I currently subscribe to the TVB Channels with my cable / satellite service. Are these the same as the TVB programs included with the u DVD
A: No, the programs included in the TVB Channels with your cable / satellite service are about 12 months old. Through the u DVD, U Media Group has the exclusive USA rights to provide you the very latest TVB TV Series & Variety Shows that were aired in Hong Kong just days ago!
15. Q: Are there movies included with the u DVD?
